We ship our products to the address you provide during checkout. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives in good condition, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping.

We only offer exchanges on all merch and we kindly request you to cover the cost of the exchange shipping label. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.

Please note that we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us by email at louisdoctrove3@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.

We process orders within 1-4 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 PM  will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Changes

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the change before the order is shipped.
